Rehab – Physical Therapist

Coast Medical Service is recruiting a Part-Time Rehab - Physical Therapist for a position in Warsaw, Richmond County, where you'll deliver specialized rehabilitation care and help patients achieve meaningful recovery and independence.

Position Summary

This part-time Rehab - Physical Therapist role offers the opportunity to provide clinical rehabilitation services in Warsaw, Richmond County. Working through Coast Medical Service, a nationally recognized healthcare staffing organization, you'll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that support patient mobility and functional recovery. This position combines clinical purpose with scheduling flexibility suited to part-time practice.

Core Duties

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to establish baseline function and treatment goals
• Design and implement individualized therapeutic exercise programs
• Provide hands-on treatment and therapeutic modalities based on patient diagnosis and clinical presentation
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on exercises, activity modification, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other clinical team members

What You Bring

• Valid state Physical Therapy license and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
