Property Preservation and Inspection

Information Systems & Networks is seeking a Property Preservation and Inspection specialist to join its team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County on a full‑time basis.

About the Role

In this position you will help safeguard the value and condition of vacant and distressed properties by performing thorough inspections, documenting issues, and coordinating necessary preservation actions. Your work supports the company’s mission to deliver reliable solutions for government partners and the communities they serve.

What You'll Do

• Conduct interior and exterior inspections of residential and commercial properties, noting condition, safety concerns, and maintenance needs
• Prepare detailed inspection reports that include photographs, written observations, and recommended actions
• Identify code violations, health hazards, and preservation risks in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Communicate findings to property owners, asset managers, and repair vendors to schedule timely remediation
• Maintain accurate records of inspection schedules, completed work orders, and follow‑up requirements in the company’s tracking system
• Assist with the preparation of documentation required for loan servicing, insurance claims, or government audits
• Stay current on industry best practices and emerging preservation techniques through ongoing training

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in property management, construction, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience conducting property inspections, preservation work, or real estate asset management
• Strong observational skills and the ability to produce clear, concise reports under tight deadlines
• Proficiency with digital cameras, mobile inspection apps, and standard office software (Word, Excel, email)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling to various sites across the Oklahoma City area
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for interacting with owners, contractors, and internal teams
• Commitment to safety protocols and a detail‑oriented mindset
