Registrar

Southeastern College in Hialeah Lakes, Miami-Dade County, is hiring a full-time Registrar to lead academic records management and program scheduling for our growing campus community. This role is central to our mission of delivering responsive, specialized educational services that address our students' and community's most pressing needs.

About the Role

As Registrar, you'll serve as a key leader in academic operations at Southeastern College's campus. Your responsibilities span building and coordinating the academic program schedule, maintaining comprehensive student transcripts and academic records, and ensuring accurate and timely registration and enrollment processing. You'll partner closely with our Dean and academic faculty to align program offerings with institutional goals and student success initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Design and manage the campus academic calendar and course schedule in coordination with academic departments
• Maintain accurate, secure student transcripts, degree audits, and official academic records
• Oversee student registration and enrollment verification processes
• Collaborate with faculty and academic leadership to support program delivery and student success
• Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory academic standards
• Support student services and academic advising functions

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing academic records, student information systems, or registrar operations
• Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to work effectively with faculty, administrators, and students
• Technical proficiency with student databases or academic management software
• Knowledge of higher education policies, accreditation standards, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
