What You'll Do
- Manage pediatric airways and mechanical ventilators, adjusting parameters based on clinical assessment and patient response

- Collect and analyze blood gas samples to guide treatment decisions
- Provide patient and family education regarding respiratory conditions and care plans
- Document patient interactions and clinical findings in the medical record
- Respond to urgent respiratory needs and support emergency protocols
What We're Looking For
- Active RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential
- Current state respiratory therapy license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience or demonstrated interest in pediatric care
- Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
