About the Role

In this Registered Nurse, RN, Home Health Visits (Tuesday-Saturday) position with BAYADA Home Health Care, you provide direct skilled nursing inside clients’ homes throughout assigned areas around Wilmington, DE 19801. Full-time hours follow a consistent Tuesday-Saturday pattern, enabling you to focus fully on personalized care while maintaining strong work-life rhythm. Responsibilities

• Carry out the plan of care exactly as designed for each client’s needs
• Travel to homes inside designated territories near Wilmington, DE
• Deliver medications, wound care, treatments, and ordered procedures
• Watch patient status closely and alert the Clinical or Client Services Manager of any changes
• Complete, follow, and document physician orders without delay
• Perform assessments whenever patient condition requires them
• Coordinate case-management activities across the care team
• Enter precise notes on observations, interventions, and outcomes via tablet device

What You Bring

• Active Registered Nurse license valid in Delaware
• Minimum one year of recent, verifiable medical-surgical clinical practice
• Home-care background preferred yet not required
• Diploma or transcript proving graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Skill working independently and managing time well
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Comfortable computer literacy; electronic-medical-record experience a plus
• Ready ability to reach assigned cases
