Skills & Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license recognized for practice in Massachusetts
• Ability to meet the full-time 36-hour night-shift requirement consistently
• Solid clinical judgment and assessment skills suited to overnight independent work
• Clear verbal and written communication that supports effective teamwork
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Dedication to patient-centered standards and attention to detail under quiet-hour conditions
