What You'll Do

• Evaluate and manage patient care in the Cardiology department
• Provide evidence-based nursing interventions for patients with cardiac conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities, progress notes, and other required documentation accurately
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Connecticut
• Completion of a graduate nurse program if applicable
• Prior experience in cardiology or related field is beneficial but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving
