The Opportunity

We are seeking a Regional Scheduling Advisor to join our team in South Auckland. This fixed-term position is available until 30 June 2027 and offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to the justice system's effectiveness and accessibility for the South Auckland community.

What You'll Do

Your role will involve making critical scheduling decisions that impact people's experiences with the justice system. You will be responsible for ensuring timely, effective, and accessible services are provided. This includes managing case schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or a related field within the justice sector is essential
• A solid understanding of legal processes and procedures
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
