Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co.'s Auckland store. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and has a passion for luxury retail and customer service.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Assist in the sales process, including recommending products, handling transactions, and ensuring a seamless purchase experience for our customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all merchandise is presented attractively and ready for sale.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, trends, and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong sales acumen, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store aesthetics.
