Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our supportive and collaborative team as an HR Advisor. This is a full-time position based in Thorne, Doncaster with no remote working options available.

• The role offers a competitive salary of £30,500 per annum.
• Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Core Duties

• To provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures.
• To support the recruitment process by screening applications and conducting initial interviews.

• To manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
• To contribute to the development of training programs for employees.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within HR.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with employment law and best practices.
