Regional Operations Manager- IN/OH/PA/MI

Join Stake Center Locating as a Regional Operations Manager, based in West Valley City, Salt Lake County. In this full-time leadership role, you'll oversee operational management and team development across Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.

About the Role

As Regional Operations Manager, you'll be the operational link between company leadership and our Area and State Managers across four states. Your focus will be on building accountability, maintaining service standards, and developing our management team to deliver consistent performance and customer satisfaction across the IN, OH, PA, and MI service territories.

What You'll Do

• Hold State and Area Managers accountable to Stake Center Locating's operational standards and expectations
• Design and deliver training programs on company policies, procedures, and management expectations
• Educate management personnel on Area Manager Guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all locations
• Monitor daily operational compliance and process adherence throughout the regional network
• Manage updates and distribution of operational materials and documentation to Area Managers
• Maintain collaborative relationships and frequent communication with the regional management team

What We're Looking For

• Multi-location or regional operations management experience
• Demonstrated ability to train, develop, and lead management-level personnel
• Strong organizational and process-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Willingness to travel within the Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan service areas as needed
