You'll serve as the senior clinical voice for this multi-hospital region, ensuring consistent, high-quality medicine while supporting practice growth and team development.
What You'll Do
- Set clinical protocols and quality standards across all regional facilities, ensuring evidence-based medicine and patient safety
- Mentor and support veterinary doctors, helping them grow clinically and professionally
- Build and strengthen hospital teams through collaboration and ongoing professional development
- Partner with hospital leadership to drive operational improvements while maintaining medical integrity
- Monitor clinical outcomes, implement best practices, and lead quality improvement initiatives
- Support hospital growth and business objectives through strategic clinical planning
What We're Looking For
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
- Active veterinary license in Colorado
- Proven experience in veterinary clinical leadership or practice management
