About This Position
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to help ensure the commercial and financial success of our high-end residential joinery projects. This senior role sits at the heart of Lanserring's finance and operations, overseeing budgets, cost control, procurement, risk, and contract management across bespoke joinery and interiors projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage costs through delivery of high-end residential joinery projects
- Lead on budgeting, cost control, procurement, risk, and contract management
- Oversee budgets and ensure financial success across all projects
- Provide strategic input to project managers and design teams
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with proven track record in high-end residential joinery projects
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- In-depth knowledge of cost management and procurement processes
- Strong understanding of contract law and risk management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for budgeting and reporting
