About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential technology organization seeking a QA Manager for.NET and Angular-based applications. This is a full-time, fully remote position based in the United States. The ideal candidate will bring deep quality assurance expertise across web and mobile platforms, with a proven track record leading QA teams in agile environments.
Candidates must be available to work standard U.S. business hours and possess strong technical skills in modern testing frameworks and tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance efforts within an agile team for complex.NET and Angular-based web and mobile applications
- Test applications in multilingual configurations and execute functional test scripts
- Perform manual testing across multiple browsers and operating systems using tools such as Browser Stack
- Collaborate closely with developers and DevOps teams to identify operational risks and resolve issues proactively
- Conduct load testing using industry-standard tools and provide recommendations for performance optimization
- Execute API testing using Postman and similar platforms
- Document defects comprehensively, create detailed reports, and maintain regression test frameworks
- Maintain knowledge base documentation and quality assurance records
- Provide release clearance for UAT and production deployments
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance for complex web applications
- 5+ years leading QA teams with expertise across manual, load, automation, and accessibility testing
- 5+ years performing manual, security, integration, API, end-to-end, load, automation, mobile, and accessibility testing
- 5+ years providing release clearance emails for UAT and production environments
- 3+ years leading QA for multilingual applications
- 3+ years using JMeter, BlazeMeter, and Browser Stack
- Hands-on experience with Angular,.NET, and MS SQL in large-scale consumer-facing applications
- Proficiency creating and executing scripted test cases
- Experience with mobile application testing, browser compatibility testing, and accessibility testing
- Strong skills in identifying, analyzing, and documenting test results
- Ability to write SQL queries (DQL)
- Exposure to GitLab, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborative agile environments
- Experience with collaboration platforms for documentation
- ISTQB or similar certification is a plus
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
