What This Role Involves
In this role, you will provide expert care to patients recovering from respiratory issues and other medical conditions. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient transitions from intensive care to home or outpatient settings.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and monitor patient status for any changes in condition, ensuring prompt intervention when necessary.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician, including respiratory treatments and pain management.
- Provide education to patients and families on self-care techniques and follow-up care instructions.
