Role Overview
We're hiring a Production/Installer for a full-time role that bridges our production facility and client locations. You'll split your time between creating signage and display materials in-house and installing completed projects on-site throughout the region. Working alongside a production partner, you'll manage jobs through our production queue, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards at each phase. Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate signs, displays, and visual materials according to specifications in our production facility
- Install completed signage and displays at client locations in and around Higley
- Manage job workflow and prioritize production queue items to meet deadlines
- Coordinate between production and installation phases to maintain project momentum
- Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met throughout fabrication and installation
- Collaborate with your production partner to optimize efficiency and output
- Maintain production equipment and tools in proper working condition
Skills & Qualifications
- Production, manufacturing, or installation experience (or strong eagerness to learn the trade)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and production specifications
- Physical capability to handle and position signage materials, including heavier items
