Your focus will cover complete request handling plus contributions to workflow refinements for the Investor Diligence Specialist - 18 Month FTC Dublin team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation, coordination and on-time delivery of proposals, diligence questionnaires and monitoring materials for prospects and clients across multiple asset categories.
  • Oversee a busy concurrent pipeline, ranking priorities to meet strict deadlines while upholding precision and quality.
  • Partner with product strategy colleagues plus specialists from investment, legal, compliance, risk and operations teams to gather input, verify details and secure approvals.
  • Confirm all replies follow approved firm messaging, disclosure rules and style standards, flagging outdated or inconsistent material promptly.
  • Acquire and refresh working knowledge of the firm’s strategies and products spanning various asset categories to strengthen client materials.
  • Participate in efforts that raise efficiency, scalability and uniformity of processes, templates and content resources.
  • Help maintain and improve the content repository and internal reference documents for faster, more consistent replies.
  • Supply clear progress reports to internal colleagues and escalate timing or risk issues without delay.

Requirements

  • Two or more years in asset management or financial services that included direct work on information requests, diligence questionnaires, proposals or client reporting.
  • Track record of succeeding under tight deadlines while handling several simultaneous outputs in a high-tempo setting.
  • Strong organisational habits and careful attention to detail that prioritises quality, accuracy and completeness.
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, plus familiarity with proposal software, content databases and AI tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively yet independently drive assigned work and own the results.
  • Clear, concise writing that turns complex investment ideas into language suitable for clients.
  • Solid understanding of asset management and exposure to alternative categories such as private equity, private and public credit, real estate and infrastructure.
  • Preference for prior support of institutional clients including pensions, insurers and sovereign wealth funds.
  • Background contributing to workflow improvements, automation or content standardisation.
  • Experience collaborating with global colleagues across regions and time zones.
