Amazon is seeking a Product Safety Compliance Manager to join the Amazon Private Brands, Product Safety and Compliance team in an International, King County–based, full-time role that puts customer trust at the center of everything you do.

About the Role

As a Product Safety Compliance Manager within Amazon Private Brands, you will help advance the vision of the Safety, Sustainability and Compliance (SSC) organization: supporting Amazon's mission to offer customers a broad, dependable selection of private-brand products they can trust. This position is ideal for a driven professional who wants to shape how compliance and product safety operate at scale, ensuring the items Amazon designs and sells meet rigorous standards before they reach shoppers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen product safety and regulatory compliance programs across the Amazon Private Brands portfolio.
• Champion Amazon's customer-obsessed culture by keeping safety, sustainability, and compliance at the forefront of decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed compliance requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and help resolve product safety risks before products are made available to customers.
• Support continuous improvement of SSC processes, standards, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product safety, regulatory compliance, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong analytical judgment paired with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
• A bias for action, intellectual curiosity, and the drive that Amazon looks for in exceptional talent.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment that serves a global customer base.
• This is a full-time, on-site role based in International, King County (this position is not remote).
