About the Role
As a Research Intern with The Geneva Foundation in West Point, NY, you will support the Principal Investigator and the broader Study Team in carrying out day-to-day research operations. This summer internship centers on a Concussion Baseline Testing initiative conducted on-site at Keller Army Community Hospital. It is an ideal opportunity for an aspiring scientist or clinician to gain hands-on experience with how human-subjects research is planned, executed, and documented in a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal Investigator and Study Team in coordinating ongoing research activities.
- Help identify and enroll eligible research participants for the concussion baseline study.
- Gather, organize, and maintain study data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support additional study-related tasks and project needs as assigned by the research team.
Qualifications
- Interest in clinical, biomedical, or health-related research and a desire to learn study coordination firsthand.
