About the Role
As a Principal Integrated Product Team Lead, you'll oversee the strategic direction and execution of integrated product team initiatives. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor cross-functional integrated product teams across design, engineering, and operational disciplines

- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment on priorities and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements in a defense and aerospace context
- Drive innovation while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule discipline
What We're Looking For
- Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship required, as eligibility for security clearance depends on citizenship status
- Proven experience leading product teams and managing complex technical programs
- Strong background in systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in highly regulated industries, preferably defense, aerospace, or similar sectors
