About the Role

As a Primary Care Physician in Hartsdale, you'll serve as the foundation of patient care for your community, managing a diverse patient panel with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and acute care. What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across all patient populations
• Perform physical examinations and order appropriate diagnostic testing
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals
• Emphasize preventive health screenings and patient education
• Maintain detailed, accurate medical records and documentation
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Build lasting relationships with patients in your local community

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in New York
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing diverse patient populations
• Willingness to embrace electronic health records and modern practice systems
