The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Preschool Centre Leader to join our team at WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). As the leader, you will be responsible for driving professional development for educators and implementing a holistic, inquiry-based curriculum that supports both cognitive and emotional growth of children. Your role will involve ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and maintaining a strong reputation within the community and among parents while managing daily operations to meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Implementing a comprehensive, inquiry-based curriculum aligned with educational best practices and organizational goals
• Leading professional development programs for educators to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Maintaining strong relationships with parents and the broader community to ensure high standards of care and education are met
• Overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children
• Evaluating program effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Preschool Centre Leader or similar role in early childhood education
• A deep understanding of inquiry-based learning and its application in preschool settings
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate educators
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with parents, staff, and community partners
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in early childhood education
• A passion for child development and a commitment to fostering holistic growth
