As Harvey's Practice Lead for Law Firm Transformation, you'll drive strategic initiatives that help law firms modernize their operations and workflows. You'll work directly with clients to assess their current challenges, design transformation strategies, and implement AI-powered solutions that reshape how legal work is executed and delivered at scale.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on law firm modernization and operational transformation
- Partner with enterprise legal clients to assess practices, identify inefficiencies, and design transformation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and rolling out AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable business impact
- Translate advanced technology capabilities into strategic business value and client outcomes
- Build and nurture key client relationships as a strategic transformation advisor
- Share insights and emerging best practices across the organization to strengthen the practice
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in legal services, law firm operations, or professional services transformation
- Proven success leading strategic initiatives or managing practice areas
