About the Role
As a Mobile Notary Signing Agent, you'll deliver professional notarization and document witnessing services directly to clients at their homes, offices, and other convenient locations throughout Denver and surrounding communities. This is a client-facing role that combines administrative precision with excellent customer service in a high-demand field.
What You'll Do
- Travel to client locations to perform notary public duties and witness document signings
- Verify client identification and ensure all documents meet legal requirements before execution
- Maintain detailed records of all notarized transactions and filings
- Handle scheduling, invoicing, and direct client communication
- Build strong relationships with repeat clients and develop referral sources
- Stay current with Colorado notary laws and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
- Valid Colorado notary public commission or willingness to obtain certification
