What You'll Do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates across the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond
• Conduct outreach at community events, educational institutions, career fairs, and professional networks
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for police positions
• Manage recruitment records and track applicant progress through the hiring pipeline
• Collaborate with Human Resources and departmental leadership on staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Communicate job requirements, career opportunities, and department benefits to prospective applicants
• Support full-cycle recruitment from posting through candidate onboarding
