Physician (MD/DO) – Family Practice in Florida

ARR Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to join our growing primary care practice in Brandon, Florida. This is a full-time opportunity to provide direct patient care in a collaborative, well-established clinical environment.

About the Role

You'll work as part of an integrated primary care team serving the greater Tampa Bay and Sun City Center communities. Your role centers on comprehensive family medicine practice, where you'll manage acute and chronic patient conditions across all ages and populations.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across diverse patient populations
• Perform preventive health screenings and wellness visits
• Manage chronic disease states including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and cardiovascular conditions
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and advanced practice providers
• Maintain comprehensive medical records and documentation
• Build lasting relationships with patients and their families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO degree with valid Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Interest in primary care excellence and patient relationships
