Physician (MD/DO) – Hospitalist in Idaho

ARR Healthcare is hiring a full-time Physician (MD/DO) - Hospitalist in Idaho, Clay County, to work alongside a six-physician team at an active regional medical center. You'll practice in an environment that values engagement, celebrates individual contributions, and provides the clinical autonomy physicians need to deliver excellent patient care.

About the Role

As a hospitalist physician with ARR Healthcare, you'll provide comprehensive inpatient care in a regional medical center serving the Idaho area between Boise and Spokane. Working within an established physician group, you'll manage the full spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions for hospitalized patients while collaborating with specialists and the broader care team.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat a diverse range of acute and chronic medical conditions in hospitalized patients
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Communicate with patients and families about diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment pathways
• Work collaboratively with consultants, nursing staff, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team
• Maintain thorough and timely medical documentation and records
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts and adherence to clinical protocols

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Current, active medical license for the state of Idaho
• Board certification or board eligibility in internal medicine or family medicine (preferred)
• Sound clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to collaborative practice and patient-centered medicine
