About the Role

As a general gastroenterologist with Lyle Health, you will deliver comprehensive digestive health care in a modern clinical setting. The practice features recently updated office facilities and an advanced, fully equipped surgery center, supported by a broad referral network across Johnson City and the surrounding Broome County area. This full-time, on-site role suits a physician who wants to practice the complete breadth of GI medicine with access to leading-edge tools and a collaborative, shared-call structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the full spectrum of gastrointestinal and digestive conditions
• Perform colonoscopies and routine endoscopic procedures
• Carry out advanced diagnostics including endoscopic ultrasound, capsule endoscopy, and FibroScan
• Provide endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and related therapeutic interventions
• Coordinate patient care within a shared-call rotation alongside fellow clinicians
• Partner with referring providers throughout the region to support continuity of care

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of an accredited gastroenterology fellowship
• Board certification or board eligibility in Gastroenterology
• Active or attainable state medical license
• Proficiency across general GI procedures, with experience in advanced endoscopic techniques preferred
• A commitment to patient-centered, high-quality digestive health care
