Role Overview

HCOA Fitness stands as Puerto Rico's premier fitness company, operating 14 state-of-the-art locations across the island. We're recruiting a dedicated and passionate Instructor to lead engaging fitness classes that empower our members to transform their health and achieve lasting wellness outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach dynamic and energizing fitness classes in disciplines such as Yoga and Pilates
• Create an inclusive, welcoming environment where members of all fitness levels feel supported
• Deliver expert guidance and sustained motivation to help each member progress toward their personal fitness goals
• Maintain professional teaching standards, proper form instruction, and class schedule consistency
• Build meaningful community connections and foster member loyalty and retention

Requirements

• Current certification or recognized qualification in fitness instruction (Yoga, Pilates, or related disciplines)
• Documented experience teaching group fitness classes
• Exceptional communication abilities and proven skill in motivating diverse participants
• Strong dedication to member safety, proper exercise technique, and injury prevention
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and consistent attendance
