Physical Therapist – School Therapist – PRN – Part -Time

About the Role

Theracare INC is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for part-time, PRN (as needed) work within our school therapy division. This role offers scheduling flexibility while allowing you to contribute your expertise to a trusted Indiana therapy provider known for clinical excellence and patient-centered care since 1996.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations of students to identify functional limitations and mobility needs
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student's educational and therapy goals
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve range of motion, strength, balance, and functional mobility
• Collaborate with school staff, educators, and families to integrate therapy support into daily school activities
• Monitor student progress, document clinical outcomes, and adjust treatment strategies based on student response
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and progress reports
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding therapy progress and home recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Valid Indiana Physical Therapy license (PT or DPT degree)
• Demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to student-centered, collaborative care
• Flexibility and reliability for part-time, as-needed scheduling
