Phlebotomist and Front Desk Assistant

Thrive Health Systems is hiring a full-time Phlebotomist and Front Desk Assistant at our Rockrimmon clinic in El Paso County. You'll combine clinical phlebotomy expertise with front-office excellence in a thriving, multi-disciplinary wellness center where your work directly impacts patient care and clinic operations.

About the Role

This dual-function position sits at the intersection of clinical operations and patient experience. In our fast-paced functional medicine clinic, you'll perform phlebotomy while managing front-desk operations, supporting patients from check-in through their time with us. We specialize in functional medicine with advanced blood chemistry diagnostics, chiropractic care, spinal decompression therapy, and integrated wellness services—and you'll be instrumental in keeping those services running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Collect blood samples accurately and safely, following established phlebotomy protocols and quality standards
• Process, label, and handle specimens for advanced laboratory diagnostics
• Welcome patients, verify insurance and personal information, and initiate check-in procedures
• Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with clinical staff
• Answer patient calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Maintain a clean, organized, patient-ready front desk and clinical workspace
• Assist the clinical team with administrative support and practice operations

What We're Looking For

• Valid phlebotomy certification or equivalent clinical training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with genuine patient empathy

• Reliable transportation and availability to support clinic scheduling
