About the Role

Create an outstanding customer experience and inspire associates to deliver excellent customer service. Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, control all established quality assurance standards and expenses, and properly schedule and staff technicians to meet the needs of the business.

What You'll Do

• Create an outstanding customer experience by providing accurate and efficient pharmaceutical services.
• Inspire associates to deliver excellent customer service through leading by example and fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages customers to return by adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
• Ensure the department meets its sales and profit goals by accurately assessing patient needs and providing appropriate medications and advice.
• Control all established quality assurance standards and expenses by regularly reviewing inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Properly schedule and staff technicians to meet the needs of the business by coordinating schedules with other departments and adjusting staffing levels based on demand.
