About This Position
We are seeking part-time Personal Care Assistants to join our team at Coroneagh Park in Penguin. In this role, you will support residents with personal care needs, daily living requirements, and meaningful day-to-day assistance within a caring aged care environment. You will work as part of a supportive care team, providing assistance under the direction of senior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming
- Support with daily living needs such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance
- Foster an environment that promotes independence and dignity for our residents
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently
Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Physical fitness to perform the duties required for this role
