Position Summary
Newcastle Anglican is seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join its Warnervale Gardens facility in Woongarrah NSW. This role involves providing excellent care to seniors in a residential aged care home setting as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans for residents
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a passion for caring for seniors. You should have previous experience as a Care Assistant or similar role, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
