About This Position
Your role as a People & Culture Business Partner Specialist at Arcteryx will be to define your strategic partnership with regional managers and field retail employees in Japan. You'll work on achieving business objectives through thoughtful, intentional, and innovative people practices that build platforms for high performance.
- Act as the main P&C Business partner to Retail leaders in Japan
- Thoughtfully lead all aspects of the people retail business model
- Support retail teams to create a people strategy that builds amazing teams who exceed business objectives
- Foster, nurture, and evolve relationships that enable rapport, trust, and influence throughout the company
- Provide advice and coaching on key talent identification, succession planning, recognition and rewards, performance management, organization design, workforce planning, learning & development, and termination processes
What You'll Do
Your core activities will include:
- Serve as the main P&C Business partner to our Retail leaders in Japan
- Thoughtfully lead all aspects of the people retail business model
- Support retail teams to create a people strategy that builds amazing teams who exceed business objectives
