What This Role Involves

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a well-established national organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves partnering with leaders across a dedicated business portfolio, providing strategic and operational HR support. You will work closely with the Head of People to drive initiatives that align with the company's goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Partnering with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions
• Developing and implementing HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, performance, and well-being
• Providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices in a fast-paced environment
• Supporting the Head of People in delivering strategic initiatives across multiple business units
• Maintaining strong communication with leaders to ensure alignment and support

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who possesses a proven track record in providing strategic HR solutions. Key requirements include:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
