About the Role
We are seeking a P&C Business Partner to join our People and Culture team on an initial 12-month max-term contract. This role will support our Audit and Advisory divisions by partnering closely with the Senior P&C Business Partner to drive the people agenda, lifting leadership capability.
Core Duties
- Partner with the Senior P&C Business Partner to implement strategies that enhance leadership capabilities within the division.
- Support the development and execution of People and Culture initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making processes related to talent management and organizational effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within a professional services environment, preferably in Audit and Advisory divisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Adept at data analysis and report generation to support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
