About This Position
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Security Guard to join our team at Chicago Premium Outlets – Aurora, IL. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of customers, employees, and vendors within the retail environment.
Core Duties
- Monitor store premises for suspicious activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Respond to emergencies and assist in resolving conflicts between customers or staff members.
- Patrol designated areas, including parking lots and stores, to prevent theft and vandalism.
- Interact professionally with customers and employees while maintaining a vigilant watch for potential security threats.
- Document incidents and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
