Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Retail Security Officer to join our team at St. Louis Premium Outlets – Chesterfield, MO. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.54 and requires working the following schedule: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm on Tuesday through Saturday.
Core Duties
- Maintain a safe environment for customers, employees, and vendors by monitoring store activities and addressing any security concerns promptly.
- Perform regular patrols of the premises to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Respond to emergency situations and assist in evacuations if necessary.
- Document incidents, observations, and interactions accurately for record-keeping purposes.
