As a Flex Unarmed Retail Security Officer with Marksman Security in Denver, Colorado, you will serve as the first line of protection for retail properties and the people within them. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, approachable security presence to discourage theft, vandalism, and other disruptions
- Patrol assigned retail areas on foot and monitor entrances, exits, and common spaces
- Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
- Observe and accurately document incidents, suspicious activity, and safety concerns
- Respond promptly to emergencies and follow established protocols and reporting procedures
- Work flexible shifts across multiple sites as scheduling needs change
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States and ability to pass required background screening
- Valid security guard licensing or willingness to obtain it as required in Colorado
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional appearance
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and assigned locations
