Role Overview
As People Analytics Manager, you'll translate workforce data into actionable intelligence that directly influences hiring, retention, and organizational development. Working at the intersection of HR and analytics, you'll build dashboards, design metrics, and present insights that guide strategic people decisions across our organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain people analytics dashboards and reports that track key HR metrics including recruitment pipeline, retention, engagement, and workforce composition
- Partner with HR, recruiting, and operations teams to identify business questions and translate them into analytical frameworks
- Conduct statistical analysis on workforce trends, including retention drivers, hiring patterns, and internal mobility
- Design and analyze employee surveys and other research initiatives to inform organizational strategy
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders across the company
- Maintain data integrity and establish governance practices across people analytics systems and tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a related analytics role
- Demonstrated proficiency with SQL, Python, R, or equivalent data analysis tools
- Experience creating visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Strong knowledge of HR metrics, talent management processes, and workforce planning concepts
- Excellent communication skills—ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and ethical handling of employee information
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, HR, computer science, or related field preferred
