What You'll Do
- Execute and govern payroll across 5 APAC jurisdictions to support approximately 350 employees.
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing.
- Support the Payroll Manager in managing and resolving any payroll-related issues or discrepancies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in a similar role, preferably within an APAC context.
- Strong understanding of local and international payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with payroll software and systems is essential.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
