What This Role Involves

The Marketing and Communications Officer will play a pivotal role in enhancing Red Bend Catholic College's visibility and reputation both locally and nationally. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing the school’s social media presence, creating engaging content for various platforms, and coordinating communication efforts to support the school’s mission and values.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote the college's academic programs, extracurricular activities, and community engagement initiatives.
• Maintaining and updating the college website with relevant news, events, and educational resources.
• Managing social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to engage with stakeholders and share updates.
• Creating and distributing newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials to prospective students, parents, and the broader community.
• Collaborating with faculty, staff, and administration to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communications professional who can inspire minds, hearts, and spirits. Key requirements include:

• A degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and communications within an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
