About the Role
As a Patient Service Specialist with Select Medical, you'll be the welcoming face of our outpatient rehabilitation clinics. Working flexible hours Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, you'll split your time across our clinical locations in the greater Georgetown area, including our facilities in Liberty Hill and Burnet. This float position keeps your work dynamic as you support patient care across different clinic settings.
What You'll Do
- Greet patients and manage check-in at multiple outpatient clinic locations
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow with clinical teams
- Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary patient information
- Maintain accurate medical records and handle data entry responsibilities
- Answer patient inquiries and communicate with referring providers
- Process patient documentation and support clinic operations
- Represent Select Medical professionally in a patient-facing role
