Senior Source Change Management & NPI Leader

GE Aerospace seeks a Senior Source Change Management & NPI Leader to lead supplier change management and new product introduction initiatives from our Bellevue headquarters. In this full-time role, you'll oversee the successful transition of parts into production while safeguarding supply chain integrity across complex aerospace manufacturing operations.

About the Role

As Senior Source Change Management & NPI Leader within AEO Industrialization, you'll own the end-to-end management of supplier changes and new product introductions, ensuring seamless transitions from development to production. This is a leadership position requiring strategic oversight, cross-functional coordination, and deep expertise in aerospace manufacturing standards and processes.

What You'll Do

• Lead supplier change management activities, evaluating impact across quality, cost, schedule, and supply chain resilience
• Direct new product introduction (NPI) initiatives to ensure parts meet production readiness standards and certification requirements
• Partner with delivery, procurement, quality, engineering, program, and sourcing teams to align stakeholders and drive execution
• Develop and implement change control processes that protect supply continuity while enabling innovation
• Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies for supplier transitions and production ramp-ups
• Monitor supplier performance against established metrics and readiness checkpoints
• Document and communicate change decisions, timelines, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing, supply chain, or NPI environments
• Deep knowledge of change management methodologies, supplier quality standards, and production transition processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams including procurement, engineering, and quality
• Analytical mindset with experience assessing risk, cost impact, and supply chain implications of changes
• Familiarity with aerospace certifications, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical and executive audiences
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or related field preferred
