Senior Source Change Management & NPI Leader

GE Aerospace is hiring a Senior Source Change Management & NPI Leader in Uptown, Marion County to lead supplier change management and new product introduction activities within AEO Industrialization. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for ensuring the successful transition of parts into production across the supply chain.

About the Role

You will own the planning and execution of supplier change orders and new product introduction initiatives, working at the intersection of supply chain operations and manufacturing readiness. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive smooth transitions, eliminate production disruptions, and protect supply continuity across all phases of part introduction.

What You'll Do

• Lead supplier change management activities from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with quality, engineering, and program requirements
• Develop and execute new product introduction strategies that minimize supply chain risk and accelerate time to production
• Partner with delivery, procurement, quality, and engineering teams to assess readiness and identify potential barriers
• Collaborate with program and sourcing leadership to align changes with business objectives and supplier capacity
• Monitor supplier performance and production readiness during transitions, proactively addressing gaps before impact
• Communicate change status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders across the organization
• Drive continuous improvement in change management and NPI processes within AEO Industrialization

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of supply chain management, change management, or manufacturing engineering experience
• Proven success leading supplier change management or new product introduction initiatives
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate across procurement, quality, engineering, and program teams
• Knowledge of aerospace supply chain operations and part qualification requirements
• Experience with change management systems and production readiness assessments
• Excellent project management, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment
