S.E.E.K. Arizona is hiring a Part Time Independently Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) for a hybrid role in Guadalupe, Maricopa County, blending in-person and virtual care to help individuals of all ages reach their fullest mental wellness.

About the Role

As an Independently Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) with S.E.E.K. Arizona, you will deliver compassionate counseling to both pediatric and adult clients, working one-on-one and in group settings. This part-time, hybrid position combines on-site sessions in Guadalupe with secure telehealth, giving you flexibility while meeting clients wherever they feel most supported. Your focus will be guiding people toward stronger, healthier emotional lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to children, adolescents, and adults to support optimal mental health.
• Assist clients experiencing suicidal thoughts, offering crisis-aware, attentive intervention.
• Support individuals navigating addiction, substance abuse, and related recovery challenges.
• Counsel clients facing family, parenting, and marital concerns.
• Help clients build effective strategies for managing stress and life transitions.
• Deliver services through both in-person appointments and virtual telehealth sessions.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license in Arizona as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to pediatric and adult populations.
• Comfort facilitating both individual and group counseling sessions.
• Skill in addressing a broad range of concerns, including mood, addiction, family, and crisis situations.
• Ability to work effectively across in-person and virtual care environments.
