About This Position

Binance is seeking a dynamic Operations Lead to join our team based in Taipei. As an integral part of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning and growth of our local office while ensuring compliance with global standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities within the Taiwan office to ensure efficient and effective processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, IT, and legal departments to support business objectives.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with Binance’s global standards while considering local regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in Taiwan, as well as Binance's internal policies.
• Collaborate with the broader operations team to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements in Taiwan and international best practices in operations management.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
