About the Role

In this role, you'll work at the front desk of our Lihue rental facility, transforming customer interactions into successful rental experiences. You'll combine genuine hospitality with effective sales technique, helping renters select the right vehicle and protection solutions while maintaining the efficiency and professionalism that define Hertz service.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assess each customer's rental needs, destination, and vehicle preferences
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on trip duration, group size, and budget
• Present insurance plans and ancillary coverage options, clearly explaining benefits and value
• Process rental agreements, payments, and all required documentation with accuracy
• Conduct vehicle inspections and explain fuel policies, mileage terms, and return expectations
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with Hertz procedures and company standards
• Consistently achieve sales targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in retail, customer service, or sales-driven environments
• Excellent communication and active listening skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with contracts and payment processing

• Flexibility with scheduling, including potential weekend and evening availability
