Maximus is seeking a dedicated New Provider Liaison to join the Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team in Rockville, Montgomery County — a vital role helping newly contracted medical providers deliver quality care to those who served.

About the Role

As a New Provider Liaison at Maximus, you will serve as the welcoming first point of contact for medical providers who have recently joined the Veterans Evaluation Services network. Working on an individually assigned basis, you will support, guide, and equip each provider so they are fully prepared to succeed within the VES program. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rockville, Montgomery County.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for newly contracted medical providers throughout their onboarding journey.
• Support and mentor providers on an individual basis, tailoring guidance to each one's needs.
• Equip providers with the knowledge, tools, and resources required to perform effectively within Veterans Evaluation Services.
• Build trusted relationships that help new providers feel confident and well-prepared from day one.
• Coordinate with internal VES teams to ensure a smooth and consistent provider experience.
